  • Just another scale reminder :)

    OK I am a self admitted scale junkie!! BUT I do so with the understanding of the evils of the scale...and I know its just one part of my weight loss- there is also my improved health, my better sleeping, my clothes fitting better, how great I feel..ect ect..

    SO...last night I got on and weighed....253.5 one hour later I jumped on again ( no food or water consumed) 256.3..lol ok one hour later ( once again NO further food consumed) 250.3..LOL

    This morning 252.5 ( 12 lb loss in 10 days )

    Now let this remind us all..do NOT let the scale dictate your future!!

    My scale changes by pounds throughout each day too. It depends on my water and food intake but I only track what it says first thing in the morning.
