So i decided that i am not going to use my scale anymore .. I gave it to my sister ...So now im gonna just weigh myself once a month when i go to see her (she lives 2 hrs away) I think this will be a good thing for me ... i obsess about it too much!!
Who knows maybe i'll reach my first goal by then ?? Wouldn't that be a nice suprise!!

Concentrate on your measurements instead ~~ which personally for me is a big motivator
