i must say- i am a newbe to atkins- and this board.
i have NOT been doing everything like i should- but i have to say...
this board (group of ppl) has really helped me understand WHY i'm eating the way i am and has helped me from binging and from quitting.
I was about to call it quits
because i could not find the strength to do induction or owl *right* (eat only the allowed foods) and i've realized through reading threads and ppls posts that i'm really working my way to getting there!
i am/was the biggest carb-o-holic and dropping cold turkey to 20 carbs a day with no sweets was...
i hate to say it, but impossible! NOW i'm naturally losing my desire for naughty things like diet coke, splenda, whipped cream, my low carb candy.. and other things.

especially the positive attitudes and enthusiasm. If someone would have said to me in a previous post *YOUR DOING IT ALL WRONG. DO IT RIGHT DUMMY OR QUIT*...
i would be back to my unhealthy, mood swinging, fat old ways.. but now i'm really sticking with it- going on day 20 and i look at every day as an improvement from the last.
