  • I did it!!

    I'VE MADE IT TO ONDERLAND!!!

    I couldn't be more excited even if I tried! I feel so good today! I woke up, weighed myself and saw that I was at 199 lbs!!

    Today starts the new 6 week challenge and I already posted my stats. Now its time to make myself some yummy breakfast, wake up my bf, and go hiking!

    I have NEVER in my life been more active, except the last time I was on Atkins. I thank the good dr every single day for saving my life and the lives of countless hundreds.

    I also want to thank this board. Without ADBB I know I would just fail. I love the support and the people here. Big hugs to all of you!

    I LOVE THIS WAY OF LIFE!!!
