    Random.. posted this in the Snacks forum but in case you guys wanted it as well.. I used to buy these the first time I did Atkins with great success.. they're great as a snack and really saved me on those "I need chips" days. Plus they're handier than baking cheese chips myself all the time like I am now:

      WTG Brit!!! Proud of ya!

      AM - inches lost is great! I was stuck at 148 for about 2 weeks, but I had lost about 4 inches overall during that time. I've lost 11 so far. I'll be measuring myself again this weekend to see what progess I've made since my last measurements. I'm now comfortably fitting in a size 10! I started on a 12/14!

        Just saying goodnight folks! I tried the pumpkin treat recipe and it was.. alright. I doubt I'll make it again though. But I do want to try pumpkin custard!

          MORNING FOLKS!!! Geez, am I the only one on right now? ;-) Today is good. I've been getting to bed around 1am which means I'm waking up off schedule and rushing to work.. I need to stop that habit. I stepped on the scale this morning and it said 157.2 lbs.. but I just can't believe it so I'm not going to weigh until Saturday or Sunday. LOL.

          Breakfast: 2 hardboiled eggs, 2 slices peppered bacon
          Lunch: Chicken with lettuce & Asagio Peppercorn dressing
          Dinner: Spaghetti Squash "Noodles" w/Garlic Cream Sauce and sliced Kielbasa
          Sweets: Coffee w/heavy cream and Splenda

          I forgot to grab any snackages. And I'm a get-a-little-hungry-between-meals girl when I don't have more fat in my breakfasts. *complains* Oh well, that will teach me to wake up late continously! lol

            Goodness Britt you are shrinking everyday. 157.2 is great. Goodluck now weighing yourself till Saturday.

            I stepped on the scale this morning and it said 164.6 but like Britt im not 100% conviced of it so I will see if it stays at 164 throughout the week and change the ticker then.

            Dinner yesterday was some short ribs and steamed broccolli. Yummy.

            Breakfast today was sausage patty and one egg sunny side up. Lunch I think will be a salad with Tuna, Dinner will be left over Ribs from yesterday. Im still gonna shoot for 160 by 3/19. Hopefully I can make it. I have been so tired from this daylight savings that I have not rode the bike in 2 days. I hope to hop on it tonight.

                LOL I hear ya Brit! I'm still recovering from losing the hour.

                Today was a pretty good day for me. I got home from work and did 20 mins on the elliptical and about 10 with my thigh master...I'm gonna feel that in the morning! I moved onto OWL rung 2 today...man it was great to have yogurt again! I found one with only 4 g carbs and no sugar added. It's great! I'm looking forward to moving up and adding more variety. So far so good!

                    Hi quiet forum! =) Doing okay today. Allergies are killing me - apparently I'm allergic to Texas, lol. ;-)

                    Breakfast was two hardboiled eggs and 3 slices peppered bacon.. Lunch was a "oops forgot to make it" moment, so I had an bunless burger patty and a slice of cheese. Dinner was bunless burgers yesterday, so TODAY I'll make that darn spaghetti squash before it goes bad on me.

                        Well, we made a delightful *sarcastic voice* discovery last night. Our electronic scale is quite tempermental. Unlike our manual scale, there isnt a method to calibrate it. Anyways, trying to weigh our dog last night (whose also on a diet), my hubby stepped on to weigh himself. It read 194.4 - thinner than usual. So he stepped back on (we like to do it 3 times to ensure its accurate) and was 197.8.. did it again, 195.6, etc etc. He wasn't wiggling and it was seriously frustrating. Not to him, but to me, realizing that if its THAT sensetive and can jump such large amounts - I can't really depend on it to decide if I'm losing weight. I've already discovered the house must be uneven or something because I weigh about 6 lbs MORE when I place it near our hallway verses near our back door (I use the downstairs flat kitchen flooring since carpet is a poor place to weigh yourself). I really wanted to use that scale because it shows me ounces, ie 157.2 verses somewhere in between 156-157 type dealio. It also does body fat percentage and water percentage (poorly).

                        So we busted out the manual one because with that, we're able to see if its been nudged to be before or after the "0" mark. I looked to be around 156-157 on that, but I'm going to wait until Sunday to weigh myself on both and see what they say. On a good note, I think Bailey has lost about 1.5 lbs lol

                          So my cheese chips arrived yesterday! *the crowd goes wild* I'm a happy woman.

                          Breakfast: 2 hardboiled eggs, 3 bacon slices (2.4 carbs)
                          Lunch: 2 cups lettuce, Asagio Peppercorn dressing, shredded chicken breast (4 carbs)
                          Snack: Diet Rite Cherry Cola (1 carb)
                          Dinner: Roast with Butter & Garlic, 1 cup fauxtatoes (8 carbs?? have to check)
                          Snack: Cheese Chips 1 ounce (1 carb)
                          ---------------------------------
                          16.4 carbs total
