Well, as "Whooshie" seems to be the word of the moment, I thought I'd post this.

Well.....here's a great recipe that is sooooooooooo easy to make...will be ready in approx. 10 mins (and that includes the preparation), will help you to drink an extra litre or two of water a day, is soooooo tasty and delicious and may help you to have a whooshie.....
Turkey (or beef) Stir Fry. (INDUCTION FRIENDLY)
Chop up some turkey breast (or beef, chicken, pork, etc) and throw it into a wok with a lil oil. Then I add broccolli, (or peppers, or whatever you like)
I love garlic so I add LOTS, I also add minced chillis or chilli paste (I love spicy so be very liberal), a little bit of soy sauce, mix it up for 5 mins and voila!
A taste sensation...and mine is very hot n spicy, so I down about a litre of water drinking it and there's lots left for later, so delicious food all day, fresh, wholesome and nutritious...lots of extra water downed...and whooshie is much more certain to appear!
