    Maybe you need to move to OWL. I didn't lose much on induction but my loss picked up a lot when I moved to OWL. The first rung is just more veggies and there are a ton of posts about eating too far below your CCLL stalling people. It scared me so I moved right away and I'm really happy I did. Induction doesn't seem like where the weight loss happens. I think it was just to prime the pump and get my body ready to lose and get ride of cravings.

      I agree. Many people who stay on induction stall like this. You don't have high metabolic resistance and for people like that induction is just a short preparation, setting you up for the 'real thing', which is OWL.

      Move on, eat more, especially more veg.

        After losing quite a bit my first three weeks I've lost barely anything for the past 5 weeks. I think it happens to a lot of people. From what I have read, it is completely normal not to lose every week. Are you measuring yourself? You might be losing inches but not pounds. The fat fast seems like too extreme an option for you. Of course it is up to you, but I think what you are going through is normal and you don't need it yet. Maybe you could post an example menu so that we can see if there is something that might be stalling you?

          not to be the devil's advocate, but i was one of those people who couldn't lose on OWL. i tried it again and again, but eventually realized i only lost when i stuck under 20 grams carbs a day.

          i did try the fat fast, and had a similar experience to what was posted...all fun and games for about 2 days, then i felt like crap and wanted to eat everything under the sun.
