It can be added in 5 net carb amounts during OWL or in 10 net carb amounts during Pre-Maintenance.
Sweet Potatoes---the kind you find in the US---have orange flesh. It is sweet and milder tasting than pumpkin. In fact, in some traditional recipes, the two are interchangeable.
I LOVE sweet potatos! they're my favourite veggie..baked with lots of butter!
I saw at the Walmart here they have them already peeled washed adn cut into 'fries' for baking/deepfrying. I've thought about buying them...that's my biggest gripe with sweet potatos, they're hard to peel and cut when they're raw.
sweet potatoes are yummy. You should learn the difference between sweet potatoes and yams though, as yams have more sugar.
