I was doing exactly as I was supposed to...until yesterday!!
I went out to breakfast with my daughter. I ordered a plate of eggs and bacon but it wasn't that great. I decided I would have a little teenie weenie bite of my daughter's huge pancake with strawberry and pecan maple syrup that she didn't even put a dent in. I lost control and finished off the Whole thing!!!Then I had 6 breaded crab sticks with ketchup for dinner. I tested for ketone and still had a small amount. You'd think I would take that as a chance to get back on the right track but NOOOO I go to work today and have a dark chocolate truffle (one that was damaged but instead of tossing it I ate it!) and a Chocolixir!!!!
