  • Back again and again....

    With a busy schedule I would like to know if I have a low carb shake for breakfast and lunch, and then a Low Carb dinner would be ok?

    I have been gone awihle from the LC life, but have not quit!
    Preview Highest weight: 11/12/04-@ 362 lbs
    Start weight:339 Lbs ( Sept 07, 05)
    Band date/weight= Dec 13, 05/ 320 lbs
    Lowest weight: 268 lbs- 4/17/06
    11-11-09 345 lbs ( First DR visit since 8/5/08
    02-18-10 334.2 lbs
    05-13-10 341.6 lbs

    A lot of the shakes have massive amounts of junk in them. Can you pre-cook your weekday meals on the weekend? I've seen a lot of people recommend it. What kind of low carb shake were you looking at? Are you going back to induction or OWL? Congrads on your loss so far it's really visible in your pictures and I look forward to watching you get to your goal.

      I use the EAS low carb drink. As long as I can keep my Carbs no more then 30 G a day I do alright. I do really bad on the weekends when I am not at work. Seems like my system works Monday-Friday.

          Awesome! Do the shakes give you any cravings? I'm so nervous to try one but I used to mix shakes into big milkshakes for the kids and kind of miss it.
