  • Vegetarian Friendly Menus

    Hi there. I'm an ex-vegetarian who never much ate typical veggie-swap options like Tofu etc. I relied on carbs (oops! hello bigger pant size lol) and junk food.

    I do want to get back into the vegetarian swing of things without making every meal egg based. I've got some ideas but was curious to the vegetarians on here - what are some of you basic staple meals? What are your favorites and what are the ones you utilize on a regular basis?

    I plan to do a big 'ol search in the upcoming weeks on here but thought I'd toss this out now in case I missed a thread for this particular concept: meat-free Atkins. =)

    If you look in the FAQ section of the board, there is an FAQ for vegetarians. Read that as it will be helpful to you.

    Other than that, my advice is for you to move to OWL Phase on Day 15. You food options will open up making your vegetarian Atkins easier to do.
