Hi there. I'm an ex-vegetarian who never much ate typical veggie-swap options like Tofu etc. I relied on carbs (oops! hello bigger pant size lol) and junk food.
I do want to get back into the vegetarian swing of things without making every meal egg based. I've got some ideas but was curious to the vegetarians on here - what are some of you basic staple meals? What are your favorites and what are the ones you utilize on a regular basis?
I plan to do a big 'ol search in the upcoming weeks on here but thought I'd toss this out now in case I missed a thread for this particular concept: meat-free Atkins. =)
