  • Which will create greater stores of fat if not utilised?

    Fat, carbs, or protein?

Picture this: It's late at night, you've just got home after a long day, you're starving but not for a meal as such. There's a chance excess foods may not be utilised by the time you get to bed so what do you plump for - a fatty snack like pork rinds, some raw celery sticks or some cooked meat?
    What does everyone think?

Go for the fatty snack. Carbs without fat will be turned into fat quicker. Excess protein can be turned into glucose.
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
