  • Celebrate good times, come on!!!!

So this morning I walk into the break room and the reception says that she can tell I've lost. I didn't think anything of it since she knows I've changed my WOL. Then not 4 hours later a coworker who had NO IDEA was in the break room when I walked in and she yells, "OMG, You're losing weight!" I was in shock and was like, "you can tell?" and she says, "heah when I walk past this is gone" and she patted her neck. OMG! It shows! My neck is tightening!

It's a great feeling isn't it. Today I wore my new suit and a co-worker who had not seen me in a few weeks told me I was getting too skinny. It makes you feel good but then I saw a picture in his office of me and some of my co-workers before I started losing and I looked really fat. I can't believe I let myself get that way! Talk about motivation to keep going on Atkins!

          Isn't it grand?

Last Sunday I walked into church, no one there knows I'm doing Atkins & 2 buddies said WOW, your losing weight. How? I felt pretty good about it then later I went to Kohl's & saw someone I haven't seen in about a year, he made a comment too. I was glowing! Then later this week at work I had a few comments made! IT'S AWESOME!

          Keep it up girl!

It's really amazing especially since it's so hard to notice it in the mirror. It's very reaffirming.
