Finally I found what I was kind of doing wrong. Why I stayed the same weight range for the past 2 months or so. I haven't been drinking a lot of water lately. I wasn't like doing it intentionally. I have just been busy with school and a blooming social life (yeah i'm really happy about that one
) So about 2 weeks ago I just started to drinking a lot of water again. I convinced myself that it was just water, and it was going to come off anyway. well i weighed myself the other day and well I finally shed some pounds. 8 lbs to be exact. i am sooooo happy about finally figuring out what I was doing wrong. I'm
up and down as we speak.
