Hey everyone,
I am a little stuck and wondering what is an ideal goal to set for myself by the end of April. I am graduating from college May 1st and am wondering how much should I lose by then. I dont even know what is possible or realistic. I really want to be dertermined to lose before family and relatives get here, but I dont know if I should 5 or 50 lbs. (not seriously) but anyways, can you help me. I am 151.5 well yesterday I weighed in at 150.4, so let me know what your take is?

You're learning to replace unhealthy eating habits with healthier ones. The last pounds will come off slow. Just the way we want them to. It will make your transition into Maintenance a healthier and safer one as well.
