It has been 2 weeks! And, I am proud to say that I am 11lbs lighter!!
Ok, now the question...
What to do now? I have 89lbs to lose still... and being quite honest....I cheated on induction a little bit. I drank alcohol a couple of times, drank diet coke like crazy, and had BAD carbs twice, but only exceeded the limit a little bit.
I feel like I want to start fresh, a no cheating, an do it 100% the right way. What does everyone think? Should I remain in induction, or continue on the plan? I thought maybe I would do extended induction anyway, since I have so much to lose.
Also, I am a diet coke addict. In order to do induction correctly, it means no diet coke, right?
I am just afraid I am going to get bored and fall off, but so far, not an issue. How long can I stay on induction for? My copy of the book is in the mail, I ordered it. I have an older one, and wanted to 2002 "bible"
