So I want to change the pictures in my siggy but every one comes out way big. How does one get smaller sized pictures?

Do you have a program like Paint Shop Pro or photoshop? If not, you can upload to a free photobucket account to resize, or upload to www.tinypic.com and it'll resize it for you

lol thats what I have been telling my pictures but they just wont listen!
