Cicis soon

I am going to cicis pizza for dinner and will be ordering there no crust pizza. Just a pizza in a pan without crust, how many of you have ordered this, and did you ask for sauce or minimal sauce?

Thanks- I did not know that they had this type of pizza available. I would prob ask for minimal sauce because of not knowing what the sauce is made of and it may have lots of hidden carbs in it.

I actually went last night to cicis and did ask for their crustless pizza in a tin pan, it wasnt that good to be honest. It had a lot of cheese and then meat, I actually kind kinda ill when I got home. So I dont think that I will be doing that again. I did ask for no sauce, and so it just had cheese and toppings. A good alternative if you like pizza but it defeintely didnt taste like pizza just like cheese and toppings. Anyways, I know that I shouldnt be weighing myself midweek. But I have gained 1 1/2 pounds since I weighed on monday, and I am really getting bummed out. I wonder if that pizza thing could have tons of sodium? Or if not what the deal is, I almost feel like giving up, but I know that I cant or else this weight will NEVER come off

Well they have a salad bar at Cici's anyway.. if I ever go. That place would have way too many temptations, I think.
