Okay, Im having tons of trouble conting every single carb. going through a list every time im gonna eat with a one year old tugging at my leg is SO frustrating!! If anything, THIS is the only thing that could drive me off plan lol
Is there an easier way to find carb counts? or is there a place online where I can plug in what I eat and keep track or something along those lines?? When I cook large batches of food its easier for me because I count everything before I even make it, but I don't eat off those big bathches all day ya know? So far this is one of the only problems I have encountered with this woe.
