A friend showed me the Diet Power software the other day and I'm really impressed. They have an option for Atkins in the initial setup. I'm having a hard time though configuring the daily allowances to be set up correctly. Has anyone else used it and do you have any advice? I have used Fitday in the past but I really like how Diet Power looks.
