So I have a question? Today I got on the scale and it read 149.6 so I have been on atkins for 1 month, and have lost 7.4 lbs. Which is good, but my question is I went from 157 to 153 in like 4 days, so I have only went from 153 to 149.6 in about 3 1/2 weeks. I dont think that is that great, even though my monthly average is good. What do yuou all think? You opinions would mean a lot.

Initially, you lose a lot on your first couple weeks...So the body needs to adjust to this weight loss. I lost 8 lbs the first week, then only 5 lbs in a 4 week period...So it just depends..You will hit roadblocks, but keep on pushing forward and you'll be at your goal before you know it!!

hmmm....is that more of a cardio thing or a muscle building thing? because i know that over time, muscle works harder to burn calories, well, as you body tries to sustain it (muscle) more calories are burned. it seems like you are doing everything correctly. i would check the induction list, type it out and stick a magnet to it on your refrigerator. are you still within induction or have you moved onto one of the rungs? juli is a good person to check with too...Hello, my name is Christopher and
