So the past few weeks have been hard for me. I have been losing weight 7 lbs in a month. But I have cheated a little along the weigh, and I wonder how much more I could have lost. By cheated I mean I always drink my diet soda's especially my diet dr.pepper cherry chocolate (yum yum) and I have been eating my sugar free candy. Not much but enough, and I ALWAYS chew sugar free gum. I am wondering if I could have been losing more than what I have? So I started today with no more cheating. It already has been SSSOOOO hard, because right about now I would be getting up to go and drink that diet soda or reaching in my purse for that gum, or I even have some leftover sugar free easter chocolate, the few pieces that I have eaten. I feel like I cant do this, but I know that I can. I know that I havent cheated cheated, but to me I feel terrible. So here goes to a clean week.
