I have asked this before but I just can't seem to get an answer. I am on induction and need cough medicine super bad. What can I take? I had to take a Nyquil last night and I know that it was a bad choice. Please Help!

You need to go to the store and just read the products and see if they have sugar in them.. I know you can get Sugar Free cough drops.. -

You might need to ask for cough medicines that are suitable for diabetics.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

You should be able to take the Nyquil liqui-caps. Robitussin also makes a sugar free syrup, if you really want a liquid. Otherwise, I say go for something in a pill form.
