    Dinner tonight is going to be at steak and shake. I looked at there menu and they have a chicken taco salad, I am looking for the calories and carb content without the shell to no avail. I am not about to mess up. Please help!

    You can deselect the stuff you are not going to eat - like the shell, salsa etc to see what your carbs would be
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

          I actually ended up going to a mexican place that I go to a lot. It didnt really matter, I ended up getting a taco salad anyways, which was very yummy. Thanks for the replies. TOM is coming to visit, and I am already up on the scale, so I guess I will weigh in about 1 week . Howlong do you think I should stay off of the scale for TOM?

            Our little Mexican resturant now as a fajita salad that is a perfect induction meal as the tortillas come on the side. Its lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, fajitas, sour cream, quac and salsa. Yummmmmm
