  • Please Help

    hi itsme again . Is been 2 weeks since i started and i lost 8 pounds in the frst week.I weighed myself today and the scale havent moved. I didnt cheat at all from the past week and im getting confused. I was actually feeling low today the whole day and i have given in to the litte devil in my head. Ive been craving all day since the weighing. I have eaten ad eaten and now i feel very bad and guilty abut myself. Ive had biscuits and an easter egg that i was given on easter.I feel like i have let myself down and i dont know if im still able to gt back on track . I have been drinking loads of water thinking i can flash it all but i guess im just kidding myself.PLEASE HELP

    Our bodies are stubbern things and need to adjust. We often see small pauses and even going up a bit on this journey but as long as we are doing things right the trend is downwards and that is what counts.

    I suggest posting a menu in the Review Menu forum just in case there is anything to adjust.

    And remember you can only fail if you do not pick yourself up and continue the journey. You can do it.

        Please, dust yourself off and get back with the program. I have done this before, and been pretty successful with it. In 4 months I took off 51 lbs, and during those 4 months there were times that I'd go 2 to 3 weeks without losing a lb, and the next week I might lose 5 or 6.

        One bad day is not going to kill you, just get back on the program immediately.

        You can do this. It certainly works well for those who stick with it. Sometimes I go to the before/after pics for inspiration.
