hello 6 weeks in and i was wondering if it would be cheating to treat myself? i was thinking that every 6 weeks i could have one meal of my choice.. like a pizza,pasta,cheese cake, chocolate cake.. like one of those sorts of things.. but only for one sitting, what do you guys think, would i be cheating myself or would it be a fair treat. and would it affect my weight, and weightloss? please help ..... confused .....









Sure I cheat all the time... on yummy Atkins foods. If cheating is defined as off plan then you are prohibiting the needed mindset change needed to make this a WOL and not a diet.
