  • Water intake question

Maybe a stupid question, but is it better to spread your water throughout the day?

ive been drinking most of my water here at work, and i usually get in about 120oz before 4pm, but then drink very little when im home.

Would it be a good idea to drink less at work, and more at home?

That's a good question. Dunno. How's the plan working for you? If it's working....

      Re: Water intake question

What I usualy do is spread my water throughout the day. I make sure I drink one glass every hour on the hour until I go to bed. You don't want to overdrink yourself in the way that you can't see another glass. But hey, if what your doing is working for you, keep up the good work.

Tony whatever your doing seems to work for you. I noticed you reached one of your goals just yesterday. Keep up the good work. God Bless, Joe

I wouldn't worry about it. You are drinking water probably when you need it most. The one time I tried to spread my water throughout the day my intake went way down because I'm just not thirsty in late day. Now it's taken weeks to get back too the intake I had.

            Re: Water intake question

I drink all of my water at work also. I have a set schedule with mine because I like to get at least an hour in a day. If it works for you, I see no issue with it.
