Wow someone just asked a great question about the starch from potatoes and carrots seeping into the meat. I never thought of that but it makes sense that some of the starch would. Luckily I don't make potatoes or carrots in my roast anymore cuz fam doesn't like carrots and I put the radishes in there and they are just like baby potatoes.

My question is that there are calories in fat, protein and carbs. So if you workout and burn calories, have you burned any of those calories from the carbs you ate that day thereby reducing your carb intake? Or is that just silly???
