  • WooHoo! 26 lbs down!!!

    Hi All,

    Just weighed myself this morning and I have lost 26 pounds since 3/5/08!!!!!!
    I am thrilled. I have really kicked up the walking, water intake and fats. I think I will try to do some light weights 2x a week this month.

                That's AWESOME Petal!!! We had the same starting weight pt. What's your secret? I'd love to know! LOL!
