I am new, I lost weight on Atkins before but by mostly eating eggs, bacon, chicken wings, stawberries, and watermelon. I have recently been working out 5 days a week and I was on Weight Watchers but it seems to be taking forever to loose and with Atkins I know I will see results.
SO do you have any meal suggestions, quick and easy I live in NYC and I am always on the go.
