    restarted atkins on monday and also got back into the gym that day after like a year and a half.... anyways i did chest and back... and since i woke up yesterday i'm in pain... usually the sores are gone in one day but today is the second day, and i'm still in huge sore pains...

    i dunno what to do?

      Rest the muscles. Sounds like you jumped in too hard for your first time. Give them a couple more days rest and then work into your routine a little easier when you start back up. Be sure to get plenty of protein and lots of water.

        Yes... Sunny's recipe of rest, protein and water sounds good to me too.
