I started my atkins yesterday with no carbs but wow I felt so hungry it made me weak, so I was wondering maybe I put very little meat and veges on my plate that is why??, I had like a chicken leg/handfull of veges and a salad not to big either for my lunch plus my breafast was one big sausage and one boiled egg and that was it.

hey guys I am new to atkins and always wanted to try it and see how it goes,skinny and healty is the better way for me.
