I just started taking supplements again and since I plan to take these every day forever; I really wonder if it is necessary to count the carbs in them. I am in OWL and need to up my carbs anyway. Instead of upping my carbs this month I am just adding my supplements. As I add more carbs to find my CCLL can't I just ignore my supplements unless I change them? They come to 5 carbs that I can count but knowing labels and production I estimate they are about 7 total.
