I just bought a Isokinetics Pedal Exerciser from Amazon for $20 so I can bring it to work and get exercise while I'm sitting at my desk all day!

I read the reviews and most said that it gets really hot after about 30 minutes of use but that's no biggy I can just let it cool down before using it again. I wasn't expecting it to be perfect anyways since it's only $20. They also said that it doesnt give you a hard workout because the resistance level on it doesn't go very high but I figure if I can have my legs moving most of the day it will give me something and I'll be burning more calories then I would just sitting here.

I cant wait until it gets here!

Interesting...please let us know how it works. Like you say, if you're moving you'll burn more calories. I've heard that about people who bounce their legs, too.

Get some hand weights or resistance bands too, so you can do upper body stuff at your desk.
