Hi All,Please help, both my husband and I have been on the diet for 4 weeks, I have lost 12 lbs he has only lost 3lbs. We are eating the same foods, he eats a little more than me, he had 14lbs to lose, I had 20lbs to lose. He is getting very dispondent, he doesn't mind going on the diet if it shows results, but at this rate he will shortly give up.
I've read all about metabolic resistance and we simpy can't wotk it out. He's very active and doesn't take any medication. I think he is smaller, his jeans are loose and his belt has gone down 2 holes. What's happening?Thanks everyone!
