    Re: Muscle Milk

I would think they would become 'legal' when you reach the OWL rung that contains all the ingredients.
It looks on first glance as if they both contain milk products, but the second one contains soy, so maybe rung 2 OWL for the first and rung 6 OWL for the second one.

However I did notice fructose which is a kind of sugar, so maybe both would be best left till you reach goal weight and only then if you decide to add fructose into your way of eating.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Colostrum-a yellowish liquid, esp. rich in immune factors, secreted by the mammary gland of female mammals a few days before and after the birth of their young.

                Re: Muscle Milk

Hrmm.. my hubby is doing Atkins to be supportive, but isn't a big eater and (thanks for feeling so fabulously full on Atkins) is losing more weight than he should. He actually wasn't trying to lose weight as now he's 183 and underweight lol

I was going to look into having him take some of these shakes to help.. Not a bad idea!
