    I am COMPLETELY the same way. "Oh - I've had some ice cream - let's have a gallon". I literally "lose my head" unless I'm protected by Liposys.

    Look - I've done well on Atkins and I'm making a run at the rest of my weight -- I'm hoping to do well again ---but STUFF happens. When it does - it is nice to have some ideas what to do.
