Hey guys, I don't know if anyone has experienced this before, but I just added more carbs into my diet via veggies and stuff. I noticed that my cravings increased a lot. I hate feeling like this. Anyone has a solution? or do I jut have to gat used to it.
I still want to drop another 60 or so lbs before I could go into maintenance. You know I wanna look good and feel heathy and all. lol!!
