  • Check out my 1 month results!

    As of this morning, I have lost a total of 7.8 pounds!!!!

    I am most proud of my measurement though!!!!

    So far, since starting 4/4/08 I have lost a total of:

    1/4 inch off my calf
    3/4 inch off my thigh
    1 1/4 inch off my behind
    1 1/4 inch off my hips
    3 whole inches off the biggst part of my stomach (had 2 c-sections)
    4 inches of my abs!!!!!
    1/2 inches off my rib cage
    2 1/4 inches off my breasts
    1 1/4 off my under arms
    1 whole inch off my biceps
    1/4 inch off my forearm
    1/4 inch of my wrist!

    My butt actually went up a 1/2 inch since 2 weeks ago and under my arms went up 1/4 inch also since last week, but I know it's b/c of muscle. Doesnt look flabby or nasty anymore!!!!

    I take pics just for me and I have to say... I was discouraged b/c I didnt feel like I lost too much weight...but I was in tears when I saw the difference. And as if that wasn't enough...the jeans I had picked for a challenge I am in went up, and buttoned!!!! Slight muffin top, but they were on and they look AWESOME!!!! Who would have thought that all the exercise i have been doing would pay off SO well?!?!?!?!

    I am so excited, Atkins really DOES work, and now I see why exercise is not negotiable! It all makes sence to me now and I will take my losses as they come....b/c this feeling I have right now, can NOT be changed by a number on the scale.

    Oh and PS, I TOTALLY have a collar bone now! Yay!

      Totally AWESOME! You show that sticking to good food choices, plus exercise, can do for a flabby body! Best of health to you!

              It's really just so crazy, I cannot believe the changes. I feel myself walking a little taller and confident too. LOL. I swear I think I am bigger than I am, and the pics definately helped!

                          Thin soon, weigh to go taking those pics and getting your measurments written down! They make ALL the difference! I saw the first pictures and it was HARD to see myself like that. And event he rcent ones I took, by themselves they were still gross looking to me, but when you hold them up to the old ones..you feel like a supermodel! ahahaha It's such a great tool and I'm so glad you are going to do it!
