  • what's in your journal?

    just wondering what kinds of things you keep in your food journal, other than the food you eat...

    i just started mine, but so far i've put my goals and rewards, and made a list of a few websites that are good for support.

    I try to post everyday. I don't really put my stats because they're all pretty much in my siggy, I also don't put in what foods I eat because I use fitday. I like to write down pretty much the goings on and my thoughts of the day. I find it very motivational to myself to put my thoughts about myself and this WOL on "paper", haha. Check out my journal if you want, the more recent posts are more accurate, the first ones make no sense since I was trying to figure out what to do with my journal as well, haha.
