Hi All,
After much consideration I have decided that I am going to go back to WW. I find on Atkins that by the end of every week I am cheating on LOW FAT stuff. So if I was on WW...I would be losing. Atkins just isn't the WOE for me. I need to do something where I can eat everything in moderation and I feel that WW is going to give me the tools I need.
I will still be on the boards for the exercise challenges. I find it so motivating adn I am working out like a fiend!
I just wanted everyone to know! All your support is awesome! I won't be a stranger to the board but wanted you to know my choice!
