    So i havn't really been following my diet :-( i mean i havnt gone crazy or anything but i have been eatting some bad stuff here and there.. :-( .. i didnt gain any weight back, but i have not lost any in almost 3 weeks cause of my cheating.

    Im very motivated to get to my 1st goal.. Only 3 lbs to go. I have been doing really good about working out everyday. so im gonna get back on trach with the diet now too !

              I can relate, i started on April first but kinda got slack on what I was eating. I restarted on Wednesday may 7th.

                You can do it. Look at the bright side you haven't gained anything back. Now it is time to get back in the positive mindset and get it done.. I'll be rootin for ya.
