  • Really Exciting Development!

Sometimes, even though I'm exercising like crazy, the actual pounds seem to move slowly. I can tell I'm losing inches though and I'm happy. But the other day, my daughter was visiting from out of town. i was wearing shorts and walked across the room and she said "hey mom, you've got muscles in the bottom of your leg, I can see them moving". I looked down and sure enough every time I move my foot, you can see the muscles on the side of my leg flex in and out.

I was so excited, I called my poor husband in off the lawnmower to see. it may sound crazy, but I haven't actually been able to see any firm muscle in my legs in over 25 years. I am so tickled, I darn near cried

I know exactly how you feel. I'm happy for you! I remember how thrilled I was when I actually had calf muscles that were defined instead of a crease.

I actually thought I had a lump in my leg when I first saw a muscle
