    Mego here,

    I have FINALLY shed another ten pounds--it took three and half weeks. I am on extended induction as I am trying to make some headway before broadening my diet. I have added a bit more greens than allowed on induction since starting pn 3/29/08. I think that too much cheese was slowing me down, though. I'm holding on!

      Thats 2.86 lbs per week! You are doing so well!
      It is trial and error sometimes to find what works for your body, I think you are paying attention and see great success week after week for you!!!

          You are doing awesome. I am a slow loser as well bcause I am a cheese fanatic. The last time I lost 50 lbs it was pretty steady and I would only eat cheese once in a blue moon. I guess if I want to speed up my progress, I have to cut cheese out.
