Hi Everyone. I have been doing great on this WOE I have been on induction for about 3 weeks. For the past couple of days I have had this crazy nausea. It comes and goes throughout the day. Just an FYI, I feel pregnant but I am not. What can it be?

I get nauseated if I get into deep ketosis and have to make sure to get enough carbs in.Mindy

Hi Mindy. I think you are right. I must have been in deep ketosis last night cause I woke up to a 2.5lb loss. I'll take the nausea anyday. lol

Deep ketosis makes me nausea as well, so whenever I get that way, I take a few bites of cheese or a few bites of a pickle and that tends to make my stomach feel better. I don't mind the nausea at times, because it gives me results a day or so later!!-----few pounds lost.

Certain vitamin pills can cause nausea too. If your symptoms continue, try eliminating the vitamin (just for the day) and see if you improve. I've given away several bottles of vitamin pills until I found one that didn't make me nauseaous.
