        I do it and it's awesome...not sure if all the health claims are true or if it helps for cellulite, but it makes your skin feel amazing and it is very energizing when done in the morning..

        one of the most important things to make sure you do is to use a proper natural bristle brush..not a synthetic one (will scratch your skin) i got mine at Walmart for about $5

          There was quite a lot of discussion about dry brushing in the Atkins for Women forum a year or so ago. Analog6 one of our Ozzie members had great success in keeping her skin firm as she lost weight.

            Hmmmm, I use those bathing gloves and it leaves my skin very soft and refreshing.Is that the same or do I need a brush? ( cause I have one of those too.)

              It's not the same, It needs to be done dry, before showering, and with a natural bristle brush, which wont scratch your skin. do a google search on it and you will find alot of information.

                  Hmmmm, I'm gonna try it. I saw on YouTube a woman demonstrating that. I sure don't want saggy skin after my weight loss!!
