you hit a stall or gain a pound one day? cuz its just frustrating that i weighed a pound lesser yesterday but for some reason weight one more today.

i would take your measurements, it can really help to see the inches drop, also try not to weigh yourself every day. I know it can be hard but if you weigh weekly you will avoid the daily fluctuations.

I stayed away from the scale for one thing. I began to measure myself once a week and I switched gears from the scale being my focus to how my clothes fit. I'd get a smaller size outfit and I'd try that sucker on every so often until I not only could fit it but I shrunk out of it! Scales are pure evil and there are so many factors that can cause the numbers to change so I try not to put too much stock into what the scale says. I used to weigh myself once a week faithfully. I'm so close to goal that my loss stalls ALL the time. I now weigh myself once a month...if that.
Don't get frustrated...you can do this.
