    When are you allowed to have milk again? Any rung in particular...soooo misss my milk with my coffeeeeee.......

    You can have some in rung 2 - dairy. But you are allowed some cream in induction (2-3 tablespoons). You can use that in your decaf.

      I used to mix cream with some water to make it more of a milk consistency.
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

        Yes, having real cream is a perk! I have not been able to give up my morning cup but I love it even more with cream

          Have you tried using heavy cream? It rocks my socks in the morning. Love that in my coffee.
