  • 100 things to do while the board is down

    This weekend. Lets come up with 100 things to do to keep us amused until we have adbb again
    1.Read the book, How many of us could use an Atkins refresher
    2.Clean that closet that is bugging you and log it as exercise

      5. go to the tanning salon
      6. get a haircut

        7. pick a recipes that you've never made from Linda's site and make it Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Home

        8. if weather permits, pick a nice park/trail near your home you never walked before and walk for at least 30 mins.

        9. Gardening...plant some low carb veggies! If you live in an apt and/or don't have a garden, plant a container garden..

          8. Take the kids the pool and do some water aerobics.
          9. Work in the yard

            Go through all your too big clothes and give them away and dig out those skinny boxes to wash and prepare for the next big goal!!!!
