I finally figured out - its only during TOM that my hunger goes out of control....belly rumbling for 24 hours a day, no matter how much I eat...or how fatty the food is. Anyone else get this?

yes, definitely... what helps me when i know i've had enough fats is to just drink more water!!!
hey, we have about the same weight to lose! my main goal is to be 115 by july 14....let's just hope i get to 120 first..lol.

LOL I just recently figured this out. I thought I must have done something wrong or ate somthing that triggered cravings but funny thing is I wasnt craving illeagal stuff I was just hungry constantly. So I ate a few more cals that normal but still didnt cheat. I was so worried I was off track somehow but couldnt find where I did anything wrong but sure enough it was pms. Aunt flo came and things got back to normal.Mindy

I've been on induction for 2 weeks now, and I had my TOM last week. Fortunately, that didn't affect my hunger like it would happen in the past. Didn't have any cravings for illegal or legal stuff...just lack of apetite, like everyday since I started Atkins'. I would have stuffed myself up with chocolate and Dorito's if I was following a normal diet.F/38yrs/5'4"

- good to hear it - although I think you'll get there first!!! I'm in a kind of a stall right now - havnt lost anything for a week...although I know thats not technically a stall....also tend to lose really slowly
